    Hi there,

    Say I wanted to practice Dragon & Tiger and Meditation in one session. Is there a recommended order of doing those practices?

    Hey Jacek,

    It’s generally recommended that you do chi gung first and then finish your practice with meditation. Doing chi gung will stir up the energies inside of you and make it easier to feel various blocks. Then when you sit to practice meditation, you’ll be able to easily feel the blocks that you activated in your chi gung practice. Since they are easier to feel, they will also be easier to dissolve.
