Does anyone have notes, quotes, memory, or DVD references from any of Bruce’s seminars where he talks about cellular techniques?
I think I’ve found how the individual cells are used. For example, each individual cell appears to be connected to a corresponding piece of the etheric field. If I’m right, you can perform spiraling energy body at the cellular level.
Please post if you come across anything on the subject. Thanks in advance.

This might interest you, though it’s slightly off-topic, but it does deal with things on a cellular level. There was a great thinker and writer named David Bohm whose background was in physics but also was interested in philosophy. He wrote a great book called “Wholeness and the Implicate Order.” One of his theories, though not in that particular book, was that the brain, in its various activities, follows the principles of quantum theory rather than merely the usual Newtonian model. If that’s true, it would make a good case for a lot of things that happen with qi, and in particular with what you’re talking about regarding cellular correspondence between body cells and the etheric field. I don’t know much about particle physics, but this is pretty interesting…
Just in case it isn’t clear, I found the “cellular” techniques while working on opening the etheric field. I’m following the instructions in the BMP and not trying to rush through the material. Opening the etheric field the way Bruce describes has required a lot of practice. Along the way, the big energy flows have continued to open and I’m just working with what presents itself each day.
Everything I’m doing at the cellular level mimics exactly how the joint, cavities, organs, and glands work. The circles that are created working with the cavities, organs, and glands start to activate the etheric field. They activate it much stronger than anything I previously practiced. The more cavities, organs, and glands you can work with simultaneously, the stronger it gets. There is a synergistic effect.
I believe it is the movement of the etheric field in concert that starts to give you access to the cells. The big circles in the etheric start activating corresponding circles in the cells. They start to be consciously felt. Once that happens your mind can work with them directly. You can start telling the cells to make the circles and they activate the etheric field even stronger.
This is the outside opening the inside and the inside completing the opening of the outside. It is very similar to opening the upper body, then the lower, and then returning to complete the upper.
In practice I have to first get everything working well enough to gain access to the cells and then try to get more and of them to work together without gaps. It is less like clearing garbage and more like eliminating the holes in your awareness. Like everything in the Taoist arts, the better you can do one thing, the better you can do the next. So, opening the etheric field gives you access to the cells and the cells give you better access to the etheric field. They co-create each other just like Bruce has described.
Once you’ve got access, you can start applying the energies of the trigrams. IMO, this is where the core channel and central channel are differentiated. The core channel seems connected to the center of each cell and the central channel is just the awareness of the core channel experienced at every single cell simultaneously. This feels like your mind is in every point.
