AnonymousGuestHello All,
Hope things Are going well for everyone ! I was hopeing someone could tell me if we should be doing San ti on
both sides … Please
With much respect though … i wish to offer some input ! I never never never believed anyone can master martials from DVDs and still hold to this oppinion . Master Frantzis has compacted so much info and for beginners i think its spered to thin , what i mean is I think more defined info on san ti , its correct posture , opening , pherhapes some warm up workout plan to develope stonger body and add in calming mind . If at all posible a more simple version chi cultivation and not so much time inti it …. The dvd seems more to me as add for his Students someone that has conntact with teacher , I say this cause it reminds me more of personal notes I would write myself as add to remembering what i already learned . Ok thats it from me … Peace out and best of luck to you allDecember 8, 2014 at 8:40 pm #134728
AnonymousGuestHi Erich,
Yes, you want to practice San Ti evenly on the left and right sides, so your system develops in a balanced way.
Bruce agrees with you. He doesn’t think that you can master any of these arts by learning them from a DVD. To reach really high levels of skill, you need to learn in person from a teacher. But if you don’t have access to a teacher, then something is better than nothing, hence why he created these DVDs.
Hope this helps,
