In disc 1 “05 Connecting the Feet to the Ground” Bruce talks about the side of the foot and its correspondence with the left and right energy channels.
At 1:24 he states that the inside of the foot corresponds with the left channel and the outside of the foot corresponds to the right channel. But at 2:01 he seems to indicate the opposite – the outside of the foot corresponds to the left channel and the inside of the foot to the right.
Can someone set me straight on this please?
Jeff – without going to the time frames you reference let me see if this helps: on the right leg/foot, the inside is the left channel and the outside is the right. On the left leg/foot, the inside is the right and the outside the left (as I understand it from what Bruce was saying). I am a little curious about this myself, as I had previously thought from looking at diagrams that the left channel was just splitting and forming a loop around the left leg, and the right channel doing the same on the right leg. I am wondering where the right and left split to each go down each leg… always more left to learn!
