For a bit of fun, and hopefully not too distracting, I was wondering about some of the spiritual and energetic implications of the notion of the technological singularity, in regards to Taoism/Bruce’s teachings:
An easy brain-teaser is the idea of resurrecting the dead. If a soul has moved on to one or multiple incarnations (as Taoist Sexual Meditation suggests with regards to soul fracturing and the body of individuality), wouldn’t resurrecting it cause the death of the being or beings it has become? What if we resurrect Einstein and it causes the death of, like, a hundred humans? Or, isn’t it plausible that resurrecting the person doesn’t even insure they are who they are, i.e. what if it is a new soul(s) that merely takes the place of the person, since it resonates with the substrate, but is their own person/being since the former occupant hasn’t the proper coordinates to come back as them self and is, genuinely, someone else entirely?
Hope that isn’t too much.
