Old Yang Month 2 Meditation Videos

I also do not have the Old Yang Meditation video’s for month 2 and not sure if they were not yet uploaded or it is a tech problem. Please advise.

I really resonate with what Bruce had to say this month. To me, what I deal with with ADD/ADHD is summed up by the parallel idea that a very fair part of myself gets the felt understanding of a combination or tai-ji of inside and outside, however, it is when this becomes unstable for any number of incredibly frail and human reasons that it can be quite unpleasant, as a hyperbole of understatement. To me, ADD/ADHD is very undervalued for just how bad it can be and maybe some psychological/mental-illnesses some are diagnosed with might better fall under these precepts.
To lose stability with regards to the largest part of yourself that identifies the lack of distinction between inside and outside is pretty hellish, hence the impulsiveness and compulsiveness of the ADD/ADHD impaired has more to do with just how horrible it feels rather than any inherent lack of control; you do anything and everything just to alleviate the stress and anxiety and depression that rockets out of orbit from this imbalance/blockage/affliction.
