A little more than a year i practiced QiGong, TaiChi and bagua Walking from 1 to 7 hours a day. on april, somehow a begin to expirience strange mood conditions and almost halted my routine. I mean from 200 minutes up to 2 hour a day. But, But a begin to understand how to pray, how to read books, and now i’m again in a mood for training, and to probably combine words and movement during the day,
Most interesting from what i can formalise is that speed of reading have faster in 2 or more times. Thank you all.

Congrats, I think I know what you mean about the “break-through” -shift that is both new=strange (could be disorienting), but also can be more open (more becomes possible, literally from “more room inside” more open in mind, and in body- also energy)

becoming new you- (like buffet, or “choose from foods”, ‘all-you-can eat’, you pick what you like- try some new, and go with some that you know you’ve had before and like.. but try and create a whole “meal” out of it- not just unconnected parts.-not the best metaphor- but the tricky bit of how much to change, and yet fold in to who-how you were. -anyway, hope that might make sense.
-best of luck- (integrating, like a big meal being digested, and absorbed into you- growing into Energy and your Form.. in the same way, changes from Practice, can be absorbed/digested.. eaten… also).. speed of reading, [nimbleness of thoughts, and the ability to have things be as they are- within your mind-space..] these are neat things, I think I can relate to..
