Hello everybody, I hope your Training is going well.
At the moment I have some issues with the spine stretch from Energy Gates.
The first thing is, that I loose my feeling for time. When I really focus on releasing my spine bit by bit, I easily take 10 Minutes or more for the stretch. It is not unpleasant, on the contrary, but sometimes I note that the stretch becomes physically strenous, and when I get up I am completely surprised about the time it took. Do you have some experiences with that that you would like to share?
The second is the dissolving. At the moment I have two really tricky small spots on my spine, one in the neck and one in my upper back, that don’t dissolve during standing. Tiny spots, but really frozen up. I hope they dissolve fully sooner or later, but at the moment I can only dissolve the tiniest little fraction of them in a session.
The problem is, that during the spine stretch, I have no problem releasing Energy from my spine, but these two spots remain – there seems to be no physical stretch at these spots either.
The spot in the upper back is near a place where I got some injury during weightlifting two years ago, for the spot in the neck I have no real context.
I would appreciate some ideas how to deal with such issues. For example, if the upper back does not release, should I still release further up, or should I not?
