It has been 25 years since I met Bruce in Watertown, MA and only recently have I understood step 1 of Liu Hung Chieh’s overview (see previous post). For the longest time the arms have been the arms, the legs were the legs, and the torso was the torso.
Now, all is the central channel.
For the first time, the arms and legs are just expressing the central channel. When this is done well you don’t feel them as separate. The smoothness of the energy flow is extraordinary. When done better, the flow of Heaven and Earth flow through the central channel in both directions, unimpeded. They are one unified entity.
It isn’t a big leap to start to connect all of the energy in your etheric field to the central channel in exactly the same way. It is the access to the central channel that makes this possible.
Back in the 90’s when Bruce was teaching seminars at the Acupuncture Scool in Watertown, Bruce opened his field. I remember feeling it go right through me. I hadn’t felt this again until I was able to “play” with the central channel and connect it to the energy around my physical body. I suspect that Bruce simply opened his central channel and created a spherical movement of his mind going out. This is creating form from emptiness. If you can then let the form go and release it back to emptiness, I think you have found the one change.
