What does it mean when the energy is cold.
Hi James,
In general, Bruce when he teaches does not like to help people interpret their experiences with feeling energy, in large part because there are many experiences you can have and your experiences can change regularly. Plus the same experience can arise from different sources. So to attach much significance to or to spend time interpreting any particular experience is not really a particularly good use of time.
So unless you are experiencing some particular problem or distress from “cold” energy, then I wouldn’t be concerned about it or why it’s there. Just note the experience, keep practicing, and explore whatever experiences arise next.
Enjoy,
Bill
