I think it would be a good idea to have a video of at least 1 person doing Old Yang for the whole 2nd 3rd.
We had 6 people doing the 1st third, with commentary by Bruce, and I used it to practice along with the video.Seeing as many people as possible practice and recorded from as many angles as possible is a good thing –
especially since a lot of people are practicing alone.My 2 cents,

I guess the issue is that of availability of people. What would also be helpful,and less demanding of other’s availability, would be for Bruce to demonstrate the whole form ‘front on’ and ‘back on’ – either as separate sections or as one complete form. By the way, I’m very much enjoying the breadth and depth of the content. Working with this material really infuses my daily practice with enthusiasm, faciltating deep engagement with the principles and concepts, as well as the movements of the form.
