I found Bruce’s work through a book gifted to me ‘ relaxing into your being ‘. I have been using the meditation technique in there on average for about 30-45 min a day for the past year. I am now interested in adding one of the energy arts practices such qigong, tai chi, bagua or Hsing-i. Obviously there are multiple options of practice in each of those as well. Specifically I wanted to know which of Bruce’s practices replinishes and generates energy the quickest. I have felt physically exhausted for a long time now, and although this meditation habit has brought me deeper states of peace, it hasnt helped me to gain physical energy. I know it is time for me to end my coffee habit and start to slowly build my energy back up. I would commit to doing the additional practice for at least a hour more a day. Once I start practicing, should I do the meditation before or after the energy practice?
