I am greatly interested in Dragon Tiger from its use in cancer survivors and patients use in chemo treatments. I also must assume that any qigong set provides overall health benefits but some sets are designed for particular disease/illness. Most of my taiji qigong students are elderly with arthritis, fibromyalgia, lack of flexibility, etc. my question amounts to whether Dragon Tiger is good for these types of maladies as well as the aforementioned? I have both books and DVD of Bruce’s but would like to know if the program will be good for my students.
