    Hello all, just thought I’d make a brief comment- in case any would find it of use. In regards the Warmups, and general body unification- there is an exercise termed “Wall Squats”.
    Basically “put your toes & your nose on a wall, and squat” –the feet are in parallel, so therefore, the knees touch the wall pretty quickly.

    ===================
    -the details work themselves out.. people ask how far to bend? well, too far, for you, and you’ll fall back- can’t spear-fwd with your head (per solid-wall), so need see how to adjust (discover all the tension and binding in the lowerback&pelvis).

    (bending down to, and thus beyond knee-lvl isn’t tricky for balance once one is released and at ease– if tightening up to try and “hold balance” or force the push, and you’ll stumble, or “sit”)

    This second part isn’t really needed, but the first may not seem enough, and many might skip- but this can, with little instruction needed, elicit alot- highlight/spotlight areas in breathing and tension (even face, or in hands, let alone how the feet are sitting like sandbags vs grabbing or shifting like a camera-tripod).

    anyway- I hope that might help any that trip it. luck

    **I still find fascinating how the Crossgrab stance, of warmup1 immed warms and lightsup my arms into sides.. more so than other chigung does.. and yet I think having down other ChiGungs to devel, as well as walking has built that infrastructure.. returning back-to-the-drawing-board, to reexamine the foundations is surprising and amazing, to me).
