Problem of not being able to Silenced

I have a problem that I am unable to act upon my knowledge. For example I read a lot of wisdom quotes on Silence, but I cant adopt to be keep quite.

and often say something & gets in trouble. Is there any way I can make Silence my habit & long quite spells ?

talking / speaking / complains / discussion are keys to get into trouble, but just one sentence / word destroy all my day/month even years.

I know it, but can’t remain silent.

please help.
