Hi Guys Girls,

Is there an index of the BGM video lessons?
I’d like to review the double palm specifically.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there, best wishes, I don’t know if this is what you are looking for (as “an index” could mean something different to people: format and info-content implied)…
but I would think clicking upon the Module# (which is named something roughly related to its content)

– then the “video content” takes you to a page that shows video-thumbnail-picture and title of different chapter-videos…

(that sort of works as a table of contents- index of videos at a high lvl, roughly what is found in most indexs.. not in-depth content-listing. But click on a video, takes you to the page- where you can view the video -and below the video screen there are some listings of points, which is where the “indexes” they have created in the past were found and assembled.)..

I hope the above isn’t too-obvious, if you have gone through the interface already.. as you mention seeking ‘review’.. -but it would seem finding the Module which has the double-palm info, click video content, and then scroll down seeing those included would get you in the ballpark.
[if you knew all that and were seeking something else, you could create a file pretty easily- if you felt need to have a list, ie go through material, clicking on each and take notes.. putting what you think are the points- may not be the same they would list- and save/store those notes…
-they did this for Module1.. but seems to me it was just compliing all the phrases below each video-chapter into a pdf or doc… rather than that, if they wanted to create/add new info bonus? – just my thought.. but just coming from the perspective of integrating info by outlining and re-formatting, it seems curious to me comments that indicate others go through info in a very different way..
(espec if you did already go through the info- seems review whole modules related would give all the interwoven material– many hidden gems seem to be here, easily skipped over getting to the named-items.)

Thanks for that.
I had gone through the Module notes as you suggested.
You’ve made a couple of useful additional suggestions.
I was however looking for a demonstration of the second i.e. double palm change (Earth).
I thought that there was one but I can’t find it. I think I reviewed all of the DPC videos but I didn’t find a demo.
Do you know where it is?

Oh hello- glad something in that helped.. I think i understand, and thought you might have meant specifically— as I just had the program added to my member area (and it is in sections- not all are available at once), so I only have the 1-9 Modules. I regret I haven’t viewed the DPC video-sections yet (even though I have seen it presented by Bruce in the past). Luck in looking (and your practice)

Just a thought- other “video index”es have been in each section (like the Training Circle months)- so you could look in each module/month/section, and then open that index.. and then close that, go to next section, and then open that index.. etc.. (vs an index of a book-reference is all in one listing).. ie the OP asking about where to find XYZ (DoublePalm-Earth) video could look for that in one place, but each module being separate? (as Module 1 has an index.. so far)

-just as compare-contrast of alternatives. (a single sort of list- vs perhaps more detail, but broken-up in sections).. either way, wonderful support and nice interface on this website-member area setup.. cheers
