Paul thanks for this program it’s really deepening my practice and I feel like I’m moving toward what I want from qigong. Clear mind and body with more energy. My issue is with time management the more I practice the more I want to practice. I’ve been doing fourty minutes to an hour morning and evening. The problem is I’m pushing other things back because I enjoy qigong so much. I e been trying timers but sort of think the sound jars my relaxation. Have you found anything to structure the time so as not to create undue stress outside of training.

P.s. My opinion is that this program should be recommended as the starting point for the energy arts system. I like it a lot.
