Hi, we have room for around 25 on the retreat, a nice intimate amount of people for the nature of the work

At the last retreat we offered in Wales, Opening the Energy Gates of Your Body qigong, we had 18 participants, with most staying on site.

This year we have arranged for more accommodations and more practice space and with these exercises requiring less space to practice we are now able to hold 25.

Have you practice this breathing method before?

Hi Yes, there’s 6 cottages to house upto 25 people, based on some sharing, to ensure your own room and bathroom we could host you just offsite (5 mins) in a local B and B we work with.. We do try and give a private room to everyone that requests one on site, but can’t guarantee due to high demand.. Great video (however edited.complied it together- if you, nicely done). I think all those reading herein might be able to catch a few of the principle/nuggets briefly touched-on/shown in this video taster… (seems a neat location also)
