    I can sit in meditation for 15 minutes up to an hour, but a big issue is falling asleep. I open my eyes, rub my head face and neck to wake myself, but find myself falling asleep (heavy eyes) within several minutes. Bruce talks about focusing on what is going on in your body, and maybe I just need more practice with that and not letting my mind go blank. It could also be not getting enough sleep. Does anyone have similar experience or have suggestions?
