    Hey Sudeep,

    My 2 cents on DT vs. Energy Gates as a starting point is that most people resonate with one better than the other. At first, you’re going to focus on physical alignment more in Energy Gates, and chi sensitivity more in Dragon and Tiger.

    There are some cross-over points between the practices as you go, but I think the approaches to “increasing and developing awareness of chi” of the two practices feel really different.
