    Hi Folks

I have literally just started working on the first movement within dragon and tiger qi gong whilst also reading the Opening Of The Energy Gates by Bruce, is there any potential problems with working on both or should I concentrate on only one? I think I can guess the answer :) but best though I’d ask the circle. Thank you.

    Hey Steve,

This is a hard question to answer because it’s more about personal preference than anything else.

I think that you’ll make more progress if you pick one chi gung set
and focus on practicing that set. There have been times when I’ve
practiced multiple chi gung sets at the same time and other times when
I’ve focused all my efforts on just one chi gung set. I made much faster
progress when I focused on one set.

But this is where personal preference comes into play. If you just
focused on one set you might become bored and want to practice less. In
that case, it might work better to play with two different sets at the
same time. It might be more fun and interesting for you. So you’ll be
more excited and practice more consistently.

Ultimately, it’s whatever works for you. Good luck!

    Janak
