Is it true that Qigong can treat Cancer? My boss told me that it has been proven to treat the said disease. Is this really true?

In China Qigong is used to treat cancer. When Bruce was in China he worked in Cancer hospitals and he has said that the Dragon and Tiger Qigong set is very useful for helping Cancer patients.

There is a video where he says do Dragon/Tiger for 4 or 5 hours a day for Cancer.
