When dropping the energy in the last part of heaven and earth chi kung, does the energy drop to the tan tien and stop there, or go from the dan tien, around the dai mei and down the outside of the legs to the feet?

Hi Charles,
the energy does go right down to the soles of the feet. In the last H&E instructor training Bruce was very clear that you should not follow the pathway that Dragon and Tiger movement 1 uses (down the side channels, around the dai mai and down the outside of the legs). In H&E the hands carry on down the front of the body, past the dan tien and naturally come to finish at the sides of the legs.
The hand/arm pathways change if you are practising for health vs. power etc. Bruce didn’t go into this at the last training but people that have been around for years have been taught variations.
