the benefits of chi-gong practice greatly enhanced through nature environment (oxygen).
in a high carbon monoxide inner city, where does the air come from (originate) in our sports centres or gymnasium?
when practicing in hard more basic northern styles a tree surgeon friend I asked with regard to trees for the garden, “what is the best for oxygen producing” my friend replied that “the pine tree produces more oxygen.”
the energies we connect with in the house or office have variable effect upon us & the chi life force energy.
some consideration has to made for plastic flooring, (carpet or mats help to break energy) electro static, wood, more natural, and concrete extremely unsatisfactory. in an unnatural environment it is acceptable to use an ioniser to help reproduce the negative ions found at the sea, (reduces positive harmful ions of technology) and recently I have acquired several salt crystal rock tea light lamps from a long time teacher lady that has a shop.
the earth is a natural connection suitable for breathing chi energy workouts. a place in a nearby park although inner city, I used to practice chi-gong there, now has several trees sprouted and growing well.
up the north coast the are marinas with kayaks, and yoga students performing with their gurus. the largest pine tree forest and nature reserve, for safe chi-gung practice to oxygenate the blood and produce greater body healing with natural sunlight vitamin D, on Sand with waves and the sea. this provides greater healing and energy workout with the natural negative ions on the shore.
