Video is halted at 06:13

Hi there,

latest video “EATC_qigong_15_01_h.mp4” seems to hang at 06:13 on my devices.

latest video “EATC_qigong_15_01_h.mp4 (Heaven and Earth Qigong) also hangs forme at 6.13, also , all other videos download ok and play to end on Qi qong section,could you re check this file, from 6 mins 13 sec onward on your sever side, many thanks

I have that problem as well with Session 1, Old Yang, Month 2, tai chi section. Also cannot download Session 6, same, EATC_Taichi_15_06.mp4, getting an error “you do not have the permission to access the request.” Since I never view the videos online, rather download them and watch them (more than once) off line, this means I cannot easily access Session 6.

It looks like there was a technical glitch which has been fixed, the
Meditation section is now viewable online.

Hey there,

We were able to download the EATC_Taichi_15_06.mp4 file from your account. Please clear the cache in your browser and try to re-download, or alternatively try to download the file from a different browser (chrome/firefox). Let us know how it goes.

is June even up yet? I do not see anything for June or month 2, and any links o month 15 come up as “acess denied” or some such thing when I try direct posted links. I am using firefox as my browser.

Wow, that’s great. I really appreciate you went to such great lengths to puzzle out what appears to have only been affecting my account and possibly even the browser I was using and perhaps even what was in my browser cache). However it resolved itself for me, it did–I was able to download the file after I posted this message and I tried doing so again, but before I heard back from you here.

Hey Scott,

It looks like you ordered the program on May 16 so the next month’s lessons
will post on June 16. You can verifiy this by checking the “recurring fees”
tab in your account. Whenever there is a fee charged new material is
released to the account holder.

We hope this helps clarify.
