    Are all the Qigong sets in the Energy Arts system ( other than Dragon & Tiger qigong) considered Qigong from the original school of Lao Tse’s Water Tradition? If not, which ones or aspects are?

    Also, how does the 16-part Neigong fall into the Water Tradition?
