Hello
I would be interested if someone can help me understand precisely how Yin Yang manifests into the 5 Elements ? Not in general, but precisely.I would also be interested ot know if there is an expanded 12 Animals version of the 5 Animals Qigong practice?
(in Hsing-I there are 5 fists which is actually a simplified version of 12 fists. Is there the same thing in Qigong ?)
And also very interested to know which elements can be mixed and what is the effect. For instance I understand water / metal can be mixed for instance on a beach the wave mixes with air.
