Does anyone remember Bruce using the expression “you can only go out as far as you can go in”?

I think its meaning has to do with your sense of emptiness. I experience emptiness both deep inside the physical body as well as extending out beyond the skin. I may simply be hallucinating but it certainly feels real. I notice that going inward the emptiness trails off and going out, the boundary becomes vaguer and more nebulous. I think this is bounded by my level of consciousness. Training and growing that sense of emptiness is a huge stage with many, many levels of progression. I think this is the beginning of Taoist alchemy. The BMP only included instructions that would get you to this stage providing you had pieced it together with everything else Bruce has ever taught.

Little or nothing has been written about alchemy. There is a small section in “The Great Stillness”, but it is just a very rudimentary discussion of emotions. This makes sense when you consider the BMP ends with opening the physical and etheric bodies, but you know there are lots of tricks the Taoist’s developed to speed the process.

It is with great sadness I contemplate their loss.
