AnonymousGuestHallo everyone,
I am totally new to this forum and to Qi Gong.Since years I wanted to start with learning this old practice, but………
I have a lot of med. issues, nothing helped….I looked into Qi Gong and I have the feeling that’s it!
I am looking for a beginner course or retreat.I am willing to spend a couple of weeks in a course or retreat to get really into it,
My breathing is since decades, I am 57 , very shallow, I have lots of energy blocks………and other bigger health issues.
I appreciate every little idea where I could go next year to learn Qi Gong from Bruce Francis.
I live on the west coast ,Canada, right now I am for a couple of weeks in Europe .
but I am also happy to join a course in the US.
whatever it takes……..I really need a new pathway and direction to start over and find the magic tool to help my body to heal itself.I believe that Qi Gong is the key for me to recover and get a part of my life back.
Thank you everybody for ideas , addresses or the schedule ofBruce Frantzis for 2016 and maybe he is offering courses or retreats.( I saw weekend classes under the event page, is there more coming up in the US or Canada or Europe?)December 11, 2015 at 2:53 pm #135499
AnonymousGuestHi,
you can see the events that Bruce will be running on this page – http://www.energyarts.com/events
The schedule is complete up to next summer. The Autumn schedule is usually published later in the year.
You can find a list of certified instructors on this page – http://www.energyarts.com/instructors and there are some people in Vancouver and Seattle that you might be able to work with.
Best wishes
Trevor

AnonymousGuestHello,
Have you thought about a trip to Australia?Early 2016, from Jan. 22 to 26, Bruce will be teaching in Sydney, Australia.
An evening introduction to Taoist breathing, followed by 4 days on Opening the Energy Gates to your body. This may be just about the perfect intro for you to start learning Qigong with Bruce.
Quite a way to travel, but not as far as I’ve been doing each year to study with Bruce since 2011, and I was older than are you when I started the trips. An extra bonus – you would be coming to our summer, right in the middle of your winter!
Give it a thought, check out the full course details on the EA website (under “Events”), and feel free to contact me by email (details under “Instructors, Australia” on the EA website ) for any help with accommodation etc. At this stage, I can probably still find you a reasonably priced hotel right on the beach (about 100metres from the Pacific Ocean) for that early morning swim before class each day – but don’t leave it too long to make a decision. If this doesn’t suit, I’m sure you will find something else in the near future, somewhere else where Bruce is teaching.
Good luck with your Energy Arts journey – you’ll enjoy the ride.Paul Parramore
