I think I might have found how to work with emptiness. This post is an continuation of my post Water to Mountain which in retrospect should have been titled Water to Mountain to Lake. Once the CSF unifies the body at a deeper level and you can no longer distinguish the central canal from the surrounding cerebrospinal fluid, you may be able to find the central channel.
As usual, Bruce’s description turns out to be more accurate and correct. Deep in the center of the central canal running through the very center of the entire torso arms, legs, and head is something that gives you access to the body in an extraordinary fashion. It sort of defies description beyond where it is found. I say found because even its location gets muddled when you utilize it.
This is where the art of Bagua becomes celestial. There is only Heaven, Earth, and you in between experiencing the central channel.
