Hello Everybody,
Just a small post to tell you that for these past twenty years, I have been practicing few different things in White crane Kung Fu ( that I replace with internal practices) , meditation, taichà and Bagua.
And I thought I knew a lot… … …
What a great and marvelous moment when a friend of mine present me to Bruce’s work.
I have never been told half of what he is sharing with us; and I can assure you that Internal Taoist art are my hobbies, and that I practice every single day.
As a birthday present they offered me Bruce Bagua master program and I enjoy it every day since I begun.
It is clear, profound and strait to the point.
Then I went on with more things of your school and it is like if my practice is better than ever!
I just want to thank you Bruce for the incredible gift of life of what you are sharing with us.
