As an elementary (“starting point”) means of learning bien hua, how can following the I-ching/hexagram advice pertaining to the individual changing lines influence that particular changing line, and the overall hexagram, to change? In other words, does following the individual changing-line advice (in conjunction with the general hexagram advice) influence the yin or yang line in question to speed up its rate of change toward its opposite nature, or slow it down, or neither?
