    Hi

I’m at level 3 of this wonderful qigong program and I have to say the benefits are nothing short of impressive.
Aside from the obvious health benefits for back problems, I’m learning a great deal about qi in general.
I was wondering, why not teach these qigong exercises before Taiji / Xingyi / Bagua?
I feel like this is simple and powerful enough to be great learning vehicle for anyone who wants to learn the more complete art like Taiji (or any other internal art).
Won’t these exercises help you feel qi and open your energy channels so that you get much more out of Taiji as a beginner?
Also it would give you great health benefits faster than let’s say Taji, would it not?

    Just a thought
    Thanks
    Peter
