Yeah, it’s definitely something you can play with, but just be sure to avoid tensing up the feet or losing a sense of stability. When you pulse in San Ti, you should work it for a little bit, then pull back and see what it feels like, whether it’s kind of going on its own. Work back and forth that way, “priming the pump” to get the deepest benefit. Good luck!
Dan what do you mean by ‘work back…deepest benefit’?
I managed to increase my time to 15min alternating for 7-8min in each leg, however I find it difficult to concentrate ALL the time in ALL sinkings, roundings etc…sometimes I miss something
Also when I breath in, I feel my energy coming from my fingertip down to my lower tantien, from the toes of my feet up to lower tantien and from my head down to tantien…is this correct?
Ok thanks Dan will do.
I also started feeling my body heating and sweating, something that didnt notice during my first week of training..is this normal?
Focus on one element at a time:
breathing, knees, pulsing, awareness going in and out etc.
Then as you get better keep adding them.
The more you add the harder it gets.
I don’t think I could last more than a few minutes while doing all the various nei gung components of San Ti.
The better you get, the harder it gets!
