Hi William, Thanks for the positive feedback! We are always working with alignments. As you go through the course, you will notice I constantly mention the alignments of the body in various postures and movements of the exercises. If you are asking if there will be more on the basic standing position, the short answer is no. That said, I highly encourage you to go back and watch the basic alignments video every few months and refine your posture from this perspective for a couple of weeks. Then, go back to the advanced alignments video and see how much more they come alive in your body after you’ve strengthened your foundation. This is the nature of all nei gong training. It’s not WHAT you do, but how well you do it that yields great benefit.
