How does one breath doing the first movement of dragon and tiger? I am a bit confused.
I have the same question about the rest of the movements. However, i think the first one is less obvious when you breath in and out.
Hi Kalliopi,
There are breathing patterns that go along with the movements. You can learn them from Bruce’s books.
However, when you are first learning Dragon & Tiger, and perhaps for some time after, it is best to simply breath in a relaxed, natural way and not try to link your breath to the movements. This is why Bill does not teach the breathing patterns in the online course.
I suggest that you wait until you feel comfortable with all the material presented in the online course before you attempt to incorporate the breathing patterns.
