    Hi Paul Cavel. I am just posting to say a Huge Thank You for the material/knowledge in which you have provided during this course so far. I have had great enjoyment practicing each day, most especially in regards to the ‘Upper Back Breathing’ (week 4),which is opening my eyes and of course body to a deeper form of relaxation; enabling me to make steady improvements in my Tai chi forms and San Ti standing posture, in which i am relatively new too.
