    Dear Energy Arts Forum Users,

I am new to Energy Arts, but have practiced Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung with the Shaolin Wahnam Institute for a little over 6 years.

I am interested in attending Master Frantzis’ Taoist Meditation event in London, 15-16th July, in a bit less than a month. My question is as follows: owing to the type of chi kung I practice, I experience a continuous cleansing process, whereby my body is detoxified of pollutants. One of the most important ways this happens – if not THE most important way – is via the breath. This occurs not just during qigong practice itself, but throughout the day (and night!). It is uncomfortable for me to close my mouth completely for any length of time beyond what basic good manners require (as in the case of chewing, for example). My question is: if I attend this event, will Bruce be teaching methods that require the practitioner to close the mouth? It might seem silly, but this would make it difficult, if not impossible, for me to attend.

I would appreciate any guidance on this issue, and hope to meet many internal art practitioners at this great sounding course.

    Best regards,
    Nick Gardner
