Catching up to do

    Hi,
    I feel a bit guilty for not catching up.
    I don’t want to give any excuses, but I am determined to carry on.
    I only did a bit of standing in alignment, diaphragm breathing, kwa squats and circling hands while watching the video and practicing along with the instructions.
    Already I feel, tremendous boost in my system.
    I want to do more of the sadhanas and report on how I feel.
