I know what you mean, Joan. There are a lot of meditation audio tracks of various kinds, but none in Bruce’s tradition other than this and Strings of the Tao. I usually use these at the start of a session, listening once. Then meditating in silence. That usually works pretty well. I agree with that other post: these are not about being pleasing to the ear, but about dissolving and communicating content. To be honest, I’m not entirely sure that they work for me, but I’m giving Bruce the benefit of the doubt on this since all the other stuff is so great.
