I used my free audio editor, Audacity, and clipped only the last 12 minutes from the Chapter 2 MP3.
I can then listen to the Practice session without the introductory section. That seemed easier than finding this section at the 49 minute section of the hour long MP3.
I’m enjoying this new insight into meditation.How did you succeed to get the download? The link sent does not and asee no storage of chapter 2 searching the website.
I worked fine for me. I just right-clicked on the link and it downloaded right to my hard drive. I guess you could ask the group or forum manager about it, or send a letter directly to Energy Arts.
I got it now. 112 MB! MP3 cutter app again will do the job selecting the meditation ring tone.
