    I am familiar and able to comfortably perform the weight shift (heel/toe) that Bruce taught when doing commencement… My question is… should we be doing this throughout the form… ex. everytime I do pung my weight is moving forward thru my feet/feet… and everytime I do jee Im pressing my kidney points into the ground and moving the energy out my toes… etc…
