AnonymousGuestHi,
From what I read in Opening the Gates, the dissolving process goes through layers close to surface: skin, under skin, bones. The deepest layers I recall is the centers of elbows and knees joints. I don’t remember Bruce’s mentioning of dissolving of deep layers located in lungs, liver, intestines, and even diaphragm which is a muscle. Bruce mentions some glands though (brain and prostate) as possible objects of dissolving.
Do we dissolve the internal organs / glands or limit the process with the surface layers of a body. Or is it somewhat higher level of the practice?

AnonymousGuestHi Igor-
My impression has always been that this method is based on refining your feeling awareness above everything else. In that way, how deep you go is kind of a self-limiting process: if you can’t feel it, you can’t dissolve it.
It’s easy to slip into visualization or imagining that you are in one depth of the body without really feeling it and sometimes it’s hard to know if you are there or not without outside feedback.
That said, there are gates on the surface and gates in the center of the body as well……
