Hi there
There’s a sale on energy arts giving 50% discount on physical products, so I was thinking to buy Dragon & Tiger DVD.
I already did the online course, and have both books, so not sure if it’s worth for me.
Does the DVD offer any new insights or/and exercises that could benefit my practice?Thank you very much!

The online program is our most exhaustive program on the material but the books make for an excellent reference and do present the materials in a way that could serve to deepen your practice and knowledge of the form. The DVD may give some pointers not taught by Bill Ryan as Bruce is teaching in the DVD.
