Has anybody heard about the schedule for the E- Gates and emotions and the third swing. Awesome program by the way. Many years ago when I started I-Chuan and tai chi/ pau Kua my teachers would say “just stand…just practice it will all come clear eventually”. Well with all due respect to my teachers, I am enjoying the methods being employed to teach the course.
