Energetic healing- pushing and pulling energy with palms of hands

Hi, I’m an energetic healer and have been intuitively moving towards working with my hands away from the physical body and within the etheric body. I have been feeling and distinguishing different structures within the physical also different energy layers from that distance. I have been pushing and pulling energy for some time but don’t understand how to use it specifically in a healing scenario. Can you please shed light on how I can use this basic technique to produce predictable outcomes.
