Does the Energy Gates audio cd instruction include anything that the book does not; or is it just a matter of listening to the instruction rather than reading?

Hi Kevin…………..from memory (and I haven’t listened for a long while) the CD provides guided instruction so that you can listen and consolidate your learning as you practice. A much more recent ‘product’ is Paul Cavel’s on-line course which comes with excellent and very detailed PDFs, audio and video material (accessed via the Internet). Available via his website.
