AnonymousGuestI am going a bit crazy trying to follow the hips and feet stuff for the 3rd movement. It is only very briefly explained in the videos, and I am afraid I may be missing something. I have noticed that Bruce opens his right foot a bit just before going forward with the left foot, so that when time comes for the left hand going down at the same time as the left foot turns, the relative position of both feet is closer to paralel than if this little correction (which is not mentioned in the videos) were not made. Can anyone give some feedback on this correction? Also, as much information as possible regarding the alignment with the hips in this move would be very helpful, coz I don´t feel I am balanced when I do it.
Thanks in advance
Carlos

AnonymousGuestwhat´s the average waiting time for an answer? I am currently not training tai chi because of my knees. So, well, kinda of willing to get a clue!

AnonymousGuestHello Carlos,
Detailed movement questions like these are best answered in person. Ideally you should contact the nearest certified wu-style instructor and have them review your form. Even a phone converstion with a certified instructor may answer your question and clear up any confusion.
