There’s some great practices on the instalments I’ve had so far. However I sometimes get overwhelmed by choice and don’t know what is best to practice on any given occasion. I also notice a basic distinction between practices which have a specific “form” and those which don’t.

For example, there’s practices around months 4-6 where the “form” of moving from crown to lower tan tien is abandoned in favour of working with “whatever you become aware of.”

I enjoy this break from the “form,” but I’m always keen to practice as effectively as possible, and I’m wondering if there’s any guidelines anyone is aware of for when/how much to practice using the “crown to belly” form and when to “go freeform?”
