How do I connect moves 1 and 2 in the above mentioned Chi Gung?

Hi Stefan,

it’s easier to watch the transition that describe it If you search you tube for ‘gods playing in the clouds qigong’ you will find a bunch of videos of Energy Arts instructors and other doing the set.

You’ll see that each of them does the transition differently, (according to how open their body is, what level they are working at etc.), but you should be able to work it out from the videos.

Hi Stefan,

I watched a clip of Paul Cavel doing gods on youtube and he bends over only slightly at the kwa during the transition of 1 and 2. Im assuming that is only one way. That is how Ive been doing it.
